How We Make Our Jute Bags – A Simple Glimpse
A little behind-the-scenes look — from rough fabric rolls to ready-to-use jute bags.
We cut the fabric
Once we get the jute rolls, we roll 'em out on the table and start cutting as per the bag sizes. It's mostly by hand or basic cutter tools. We try not to waste much, so every cut is done carefully. Some days the fabric's a bit rough, so it takes longer — but we manage.
We print if needed
If someone wants logo or any design on the bag, we do printing next. We mostly use screen print with water-based inks. Sometimes the print comes out too light or slightly off, so we do it again. It’s not machine-perfect, but it feels more real that way.
Then it goes for stitching
Our team starts stitching all the pieces — sides, handles, base, whatever is needed. Some bags are simple, some need extra layers. The sound of machines is like background music in our space. If something doesn’t sit right, we pause and fix it then and there.
We check everything once
Before we keep the bag aside, we give it one quick check — loose thread, handle grip, or any small issue. If something looks off, we fix it. Not a big quality control room or anything… just experienced eyes doing their thing.
